In life, the gas station refueling machine is a relatively common equipment. When using the refueling machine, we will inevitably encounter the situation that the refueling machine does not produce oil. What is the reason for this phenomenon? How to solve it? ?Let's learn about it together:
1. Failure of the oil and gas separator: When the oil valve of the oil and gas separator of the refueling truck is stuck, it will cause the oil dispenser to fail to output oil; If the conical valve is not closed tightly, it will also cause the oil dispenser to fail; the small float of the oil and gas separator enters or falls off, causing the high pressure to not be formed in the high pressure chamber, and it will also cause the dispenser to not produce oil.
2. Failure of the vane pump: the overflow valve of the vane pump cannot be closed (the foreign matter is stuck between the valve core and the valve seat of the overflow valve); the vane shrapnel in the pump runs at high speed with the rotor for a long time, which will be worn and broken due to fatigue, resulting in The internal leakage of the vane increases, and in severe cases, the tanker will not produce oil; the pump pad on the joint surface of the vane pump and the oil-gas separator is broken down or reversed, causing the high-pressure chamber of the vane pump to communicate with the low-pressure chamber, causing the vane to lose oil discharge. function, resulting in no fuel from the dispenser.
3. The flowmeter is stuck: generally because impurities enter between the copper sleeve of the flowmeter and the piston, causing the flowmeter to be stuck, at this time, the oil dispenser cannot produce oil; the oil quality is poor, and impurities are easy to cause the flowmeter to be stuck. Die, the tanker won't come out of oil.
4. The solenoid valve of the fuel dispenser cannot be opened: the wiring of the solenoid valve is disconnected or the relay, lamp valve plate is damaged, etc., the solenoid valve cannot be opened, and then the fuel dispenser does not produce oil.
5. The bottom valve and pipeline are faulty: If the oil and gas separator is not exhausted when it is turned on, it will cause the pipeline or bottom valve of the dispenser to leak, and eventually the dispenser will not be able to dispense oil.
6. Failure of the oil gun: The blockage of the filter on the oil gun will also cause the oil dispenser to not produce oil; the frequent self-sealing of the oil gun will also cause the oil gun to not produce oil.
